Hi, the certificate is issued upon completion of all your work and there is no need to request it. Our system is quite reliable. However, sometimes things can happen. Also, you may need less hours than the hours for which you have registered. If you have completed all your work and the certificate has not been processed yet, please send this request. Please review and make sure you have carefully read and filled out the "Request worksheet" and that you are for sure done with all your work. Thank you.
